Hi, I’m Alison, and ever since I discovered liquid eyeliner my freshman year of high school, I have been determined to master the perfect cat eye that almost every makeup lover is after. If you ask me, I’m almost there. Getting dressed in the morning and applying my makeup is always the most fabulous part of my day. I love to constantly test out new products and recommend them to friends and family. Talking about beauty and fashion is definitely one thing that I like to do, so I will obviously love being a Style Guru this semester because I get to tell people all about my new discoveries in the fashion world.
I am a freshman at Temple University located in northern Philadelphia. As of right now, I am an undeclared business major at the Fox School of Business. On most days, you can find me typing away on different assignments in the library with my friends. As I start spring semester of my freshman year, I can’t wait to explore my beautiful campus with my camera hanging from my neck, capturing any fashionable trends that I may find.
In this picture, I am wearing a red babydoll dress. This dress is one of my favorites at the moment. It looks super fashionable, but it is also extremely comfortable. Comfort is a huge factor when determining what to wear. If I’m not in a dress like this, then I am probably in a big, cozy button-down flannel and a pair of leggings. My outfits are always very simple. I love to stick to the neutral colors, which is almost every time black. I am also wearing my favorite pair of boots in this picture. These Doc Martens are a life saver for having to walk to class. I can always count on them in the worst types of weather. I will wear them with anything. They are my number one essential in my wardrobe.
I am so excited to be a Style Guru this semester for CollegeFashionista. I can’t wait to find the fun, new and exciting fashion trends that are occurring on Temple’s campus and report them all here to this blog. I cannot wait for another great semester and look forward to you all reading my articles. I hope you enjoyed this one!
