Hello everyone! I am Allie Galvan. I am a lover of farmers markets, adventuring, fashion and anything beautiful. I come from the colorful, mountainous state of Colorado and am now figuring my way around life as I attend Seattle Pacific University studying economics and business. I could not be more excited to be a Style Guru this summer at CollegeFashionista. To me, a person’s style gives a sneak peek of who they are and their life without speaking a word.
I grew up attending a small private school where the dress code limited my clothing options; however, this led to a love of fashion as I began to explore how to express myself through my clothing. Living in Seattle for the past two years, my style has changed and is ever-evolving, as I am inspired by the creative people I am surrounded by daily. From the many coffee shops surrounding our campus to downtown Seattle, this city has introduced me to the many different people and fashions that it holds. I have always loved fashion, and as I become more independent my love for it only grows. My personal style is always changing, but I like to keep it cute and simple. From my many skirts to my lazy day ripped jeans and Converse, my style speaks a different language every day.
I am extremely excited to have this opportunity to write about the fashion and people who inspire me across campus. I look forward to writing this semester and hope that you are all excited to follow me on this next adventure!
