I am currently going through my quarter of a century crisis as I close out the fall semester of school. I am a senior at Hunter College majoring in general media studies with a minor in English. It seems like there is so much to do and so little time to do it. But this is where the excitement begins. There is so much to expect and so much to be thankful for, and in all honesty I have God to truly thank for it all. This upcoming spring will be my last semester as a Style Guru for CollegeFashionista. I hope to exit with some wonderful, fashionable advice before endeavoring into the real world, so to say.
My name is Alyssa Seda, I love photography, writing, and communicating with people. Whether that is through my writing or sharing personal stories, I love and enjoy the company of good friends, family and I am totally open to meeting new people. CollegeFashionista has taught me so many things. I learned that one should not be afraid to express themselves and that beauty is found all around us, through the many individuals that walk the streets of NYC. I hope to take what I learned from CollegeFashionista and add to my future career or lifestyle by inspiring others.
Although the semester entails some hard work and dedication, I always have time to check out the other fabulous Style Gurus I follow. This semester I just want to keep things simple and throw on some boyfriend jeans, a bomber jacket, and adidas when I can. This spring I will be interning with fashion designer Cynthia Rowley and her public relations team. I look forward to the experiences this spring 2017 semester brings and another rad semester with CollegeFashionista.
