Hey Fashionistas! My name is Andrew Paulson, and I am beyond excited to join the CollegeFashionista team as a Style Guru for the fall 2016 semester! So many times, I find that bios can be so impersonal and often times even boring, so I’ll try my best to keep this short, sweet and to-the-point.
To start off, I was born and raised in Oro Valley, Arizona, but after realizing 120-degree weather and the sandy desert landscape didn’t mix well with my extreme love for coats and polished shoes, I decided to move to New York City to pursue a career in fashion. The first step on my journey was picking the right school for me. After tirelessly searching for a school with the perfect mix of fashion and business, I landed on Pace University. At Pace, I study Marketing with a concentration in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications, and a minor in Fashion Marketing. My years in the city have been more than an Arizona boy turned New Yorker, like myself, could have asked for, and I cannot thank my family and friends enough for their endless love and support.
While I know New York to be home, I want to experience everything I can, so I have decided to broaden my education and creativity by studying abroad at Regent’s University in London. After months of planning and preparation, I am only a few days away from embarking on this incredible journey, and while I am sad that I cannot fit all of you into my suitcase, I am thrilled that I will be able to share all of my experiences in this new city with you on CollegeFashionista! Check back into my CollegeFashionista profile every month for a new article on the fashion in London, or to get daily updates on what’s hot in London, check out my blog or follow me on any of my social media accounts. That’s all for now, thanks for reading and let’s all have a #RAD semester!
