Hey there, Fashionistas/os. My name is Anita Kalafati and this is my second semester writing for CollegeFashionista, currently in my senior year in university. I had so much fun on my fall semester, as l was thrilled exploring various street styles in my campus and can’t wait to continue this journey for the spring 2015 semester.
Don’t call me silly, but the reason l moved to the U.K. was to pursue fashion as my career, at least l know l am not the only one. This is because fashion does not exist where l originally come from (Greece). Studying Fashion Buying & Merchandising in university while being a part of CollegeFashionista has helped me to find my voice as a writer, which l never knew existed, and it has given me an insight into the fashion world which l love to be a part of.
My style has changed drastically over the years don’t even start me; my style reflects my love for Christian Dior who embraced minimalist style perfectly. Minimalism for me is that it doesn’t only apply to the actual amount of clothes you choose to wear, but also keeping your outfits minimal when it comes to colors and cuts. Surely, this style comes as a bonus to your pocket, as most of us own basic pieces like black, white and blue in our wardrobe. I am going to leave it you to judge that; if you agree with me by looking at this post! I got my beige tunic from MaxMara, the black leather leggings from Topshop and last but not the least, the chic boots from Clarks.Add some glamour with a clutch bag finish it off with women essential jewels watch.
Besides living and breathing fashion in my free time, l love watching Pretty Little Liars— can’t wait for January 12th—obsessively and hunting students in my university to photograph them and exploring new places and eat out.
That is all from me now folks! Â If you want to know more about me, I’d love you to visit my social media accounts and make sure to view my posts here on CollegeFashionista!
You know the drill anyways, let the fun  begin, love y’all!
