Hello fashion enthusiasts! My name is Annalise Marie and I am excited to start my fifth season as a Style Guru. This fall I will be a senior marketing student at SUNY Oswego. I’ve always had a passion for fashion. My middle school and high school uniform couldn’t limit my style. Trying to figure out ways to spunk up my uniform became a daily task. I would consider my closet one that is versatile. I don’t ever stick to one style. One day I can be wearing my favorite jeans and a plain white T-shirt and the next day ill be wearing a leather skirt and thigh-high boots. My make-up, weather and event all affect my outfit when I’m getting dressed for the day.
The featured outfit is a simple, chic look. My friends and I are always spontaneous during the summer. We may be grabbing lunch and then decide to take a trip to the Hamptons, so it’s important for me to look good and be comfortable. One of my favorite trends is wearing a simple T-shirt underneath your dress. This trend has been spotted earlier this summer by celebs such as Kendall Jenner. Here I’m wearing a short sleeve white T-shirt with a simple black dress. To give this look a dressier vibe, I added a pair of fun heels.
