Hi everyone! My name is Annie and this is my second semester being a #RAD CollegeFashionista Style Guru! I had so much fun last semester and I’m so excited to expand on it with this one. I’m a second year business major from the University of California, Riverside and I am so thankful for all the experiences and opportunities that college has brought me, this internship being one of them.
I’ve always been passionate about fashion and being a Style Guru really helps me to expand my horizons in the fashion world and it opens up my eyes to new ideas and possibilities. I’ve always loved fashion because it truly allows me to express myself without needing to say a word. I’ve always loved putting together outfits for different events and occasions to show my creativity. I think it’s so important for each and every Fashionista/o to really embrace themselves and to have fun with their fashion endeavors. As long as you’re comfortable and confident, that’s all that matters!
Since my first Style Guru Bio featured my feminine, dressed up side, I wanted this one to showcase my cute and comfy casual wear. I love pairing simplistic outfits with little accessories and details to really add extra character to an outfit. So, for this outfit I paired my favorite T-shirt dress (I’ve been wearing these dresses nonstop!) with a simple black bag and added a pair of sparkly sandals to add some extra oomph to the look. This outfit is going to be perfect for both class and weekend days out with friends. I love outfits that can be worn to numerous different occasions, even more so if they’re super comfy (this one definitely is).
For me, back to school is a time to start anew and create new aspirations and goals for the upcoming year. I hope you all have a #RAD semester and I can’t wait to continue sharing cute outfits with all of you!
