I hope I am a familiar face to you guys because this will be my third and final semester with CollegeFashionista. My name is Arielle Green and I will be graduating in May 2016 from Southern Illinois University. My degree will be in fashion design and merchandising with a specialization in merchandising. I will also graduate with a minor in marketing. As the day approaches, I find myself really excited and scared for the future. My determination to have a successful career and life is at an all-time high, and I don’t see that passion to succeed going away any time soon.
I have so many ambitions, one being becoming a senior buyer over time. Becoming a stylist, traveling and possibly starting my own business is also on the list of things to accomplish in my life.
When it comes to my style, I have one word: black. My purchases at the mall consists of black and grey apparel. The lack of color in my wardrobe will not be changing anytime soon. I think it’s sophisticated and it goes with everything! I have a love for hats and anything comfortable. My schedule is usually busy throughout the day, so comfort is always key.
Writing for CollegeFashionista has been a nice experience. I realize I have a lot more work to do in the writing department and photo taking, but I know where I need to correct my mistakes. I hope you all continue to #RAD my post and enjoy the content I put on the website.
