Hello everyone! My name is Ashley Alpino and I am currently a freshman at Kent State University. My major is fashion design and I wouldn’t rather be doing anything else! I’ve always had a passion for fashion, so CollegeFashionista seems to be the perfect opportunity for me.
I find that my personal style is continually evolving from each day to the next. I tend to gravitate towards simple and modern ensembles, however I love experimenting with new looks and trends. One of the best aspects about fashion, is that it constantly is changing, allowing for creativity and self-expression! An ideal outfit for my style would have to include a striped T-shirt, simply because of the versatility. Along with that, I have been loving the midi skirt trend, so this would be a part of the look. Everyone knows that shoes can either make or break an outfit, but with some killer ankle boots, you can be sure to impress. To top the look off, a leather jacket is crucial to adding that last bit of edge to a look, as it just radiates a cool confidence.
Other than fashion, some other things that I love to do, include drawing, taking photos and going to concerts with my friends! I love many different forms of expression so anything that allows me to be creative is most likely something that I enjoy. Whether it be from listening to the newest song by The 1975 or even visiting the amazing city of Pittsburgh where I’m from, I’m always fascinated with the inspiration that surrounds me.
