Hello, readers! I’m back for another semester with CollegeFashionista and it has truly been a blast!
I have been extremely grateful to meet students within and outside my campus and experience unique clothing styles that have been and has been an inspiration to me and hopefully to you all as well.
I am a senior journalism news and telecommunications major. With this experience, it has helped me better my skill with writing and has allowed for me to apply skills and techniques from classes in a real-world setting.
Fashion is something that I have always enjoyed and with my style, it forever changes based on my surroundings and what I seem to like at the moment. My style is ultimately what feels comfortable and looks nice to me.
Thrift shopping has been an outlet for me to grow and thing I wouldn’t have thought of trying years ago. When I’m not writing for CollegeFashionista, I like stay up to date with social media, being get involved on campus and get to know other people. I also have a strong love for Starbucks Caramel Frappuccinos and I’m an avid cartoon lover.
Winter break is among us, although it’s feeling spring-like. What I have decided to wear this day not only keeps me cool, but it keeps me fashionable, no matter what the weather may call for.
Because of the chill in the air, I have decided to wear my favorite black New York & Company trench coat, black pants from Forever 21, and black Michael Kors boots. For accessories, I have on a purple, tan and gray knit scarf, gray knit headband, and Missimo bookbag (its many buttons are from school organizations and my sorority).
