Hello, Fashionistas/os! My name is Aubrey Webb, and I am currently a senior at Oklahoma State University majoring in Apparel Merchandising. After graduating, I plan on spending a week in bed crying because I will officially be in the real world pursuing a career in the lovely world of fashion!
Over the years, my style has developed into what I like to call effortless-chic. Rompers and jumpsuits have become a wardrobe staple for me not only because of their flattering shape on my body, but also because they require only one decision be made in regards to your outfit!
Accessories are also a big thing in my wardrobe. I love the simplicity of a casual tank top or T-shirt with a statement necklace, fun earrings or a chic stack of bangles. I try to stay away from falling into the trap of the trendy things that come and go but instead use them as an inspiration in my wardrobe and make them my own.
Fashion has always played a big role in my life. All throughout lower and middle school, I was required to wear a uniform, which did not allow me to show my own personal style. Once a month, we would get an “out-of-uniform” day, which allowed us to wear whatever we pleased. Each month I would look forward to these days that allowed me to show my friends my individual style.
This is my first semester writing for CollegeFashionista, and I cannot wait to share my school’s fashion trends this fall!
