Hey pals!
This is my first year as a Style Guru and I’m beyond excited to start this creative driven journey. To introduce myself: My name is Bri and I’m a public relations major at the University of South Florida. I’m a lover of sushi, art, traveling, and Sex and the City. Currently as I’m typing this I’m getting major Carrie Bradshaw vibes.
My personal style is sometimes hard to pin down because I base my outfit off of my mood. If I’m feeling lazy I’ll go for a casual look like a basic T-shirt with light wash jeans. If I’m feeling carefree and happy I’ll go for an off-the-shoulder flowy top. I’m always searching for new trends but I make sure to make it fit my personal style. Style is what you make of it, and I make of mine adaptability.
In this outfit I combined the two moods I talked about with my “carefree”, off-the -shoulder white top, and my “lazy” light wash jeans. I added my favorite citrine crystal necklace to add a pop of color to my white shirt, and to integrate boho vibes in the outfit. I finished the look off with my favorite pair of rose gold branded Adidas shoes. The shoes are simple, but I think they tie together the whole look of the outfit.
As a first time Style Guru I’m really looking forward to exploring more fashion trends from Fashionistas at universities all around the world. I think it’ll be super rewarding to learn and inspire each other every time we write.
