Well hello there! My name is Caroline Burkhart and I couldn’t be more excited to be a Style Guru this summer. Summer is my favorite season and fashion is one of my favorite things, so I feel like a very lucky lady. When it comes to what I wear, I always go with what I feel most comfortable and confident in. I love bright colors and anything that stands out.
The pair of gold Sam Edelman shoes that I am wearing here are one of my favorites. They are super easy to dress up and dress down. They are also super comfortable so I don’t mind walking all over campus or around town while wearing them.
I am wearing a few of my Lily and Laura bracelets that I absolutely love. They are super lightweight and fun to wear with just about anything. I am also wearing one of my favorite gold rings from Anthropologie and another favorite from Dogeared.
The bright colors in the romper make me smile and help me feel ready to conquer the day, along with my dainty gold necklace that was a special gift from my mom.
When it comes to fashion the most important thing I have learned is that you have to be yourself. Fashion is different for everyone and I love developing my personal style and seeing others do the same.
Getting dressed and picking out an outfit is a way to help plan out your vibes for the day. Putting on bright colors always help me feel like good things are coming my way.
