Greetings all my beautiful fashion lovers! My name is Chandler Lewis. I am a senior Broadcast Journalism major at the University of Mississippi, better known as Oleeeeeeee Misssss. Because I was born with an inbred love of fashion I plan to be on a television screen or a working a red carpet near you in the the not-so-distant future!
I was born in the city of Brotherly Love (Philly) but moved to Atlanta at nine so I really consider myself a G.R.I.T. (Girl Raised in the South). If you scratch the surface I’m a cat lover, french fry connoisseur and have a “pash for anything Kardashian/Jenner behind it. When I am not stalking Kylie Jenner’s latest Instagram post you can find me jamming out to anything Drake, catching up on the latest fashion deets with my girls or planning my next vacation.
My love for fashion all began when my friend and I would sit in my room and cut up fabric to design clothes. Of course I was only 10 years old then but hey a girl’s got to dream, right? From there my favorite show became America’s Next Top Model and the rest is history.
The most amazing thing about Ole Miss is that there are so many hidden Fashionistas/os waiting to be seen and featured. Behind all the T-shirts and Nike shorts, there’s always that one girl (really more) who prepares her outfits in the morning to show off her immaculate style, and I will be the one to capture that moment every time.
The trend that I am loving right now is the ’70s style. My mom has every single reason the ’70s was the best decade, and I can definitely now see why. Thanks mom for all the vintage!
You can describe my style as ODAT, or One Day At a Time. I am a mixture of Free People meets NASTY GAL. I love to throw on a t-shirt dress with a leather jacket and my Nike Huaraches. I am going through a major fashion phase of coordinates. What can a girl, say I love my sets!
