I am Chántelle Agbro, as you read previously in my bio. I have a drive for fashion and making people feeling comfortable being who they are. I love fashion and its imprint on the world. To me, fashion puts a brighter realm on the way of life and is a way for people to express themselves as individuals.
This is the ‘thrift’ look. I have a black leotard on with high-waisted, light wash jeans and a black leather belt. My earrings and midi rings are from the boutiques that are also found in your local city. All these items can be found in you local thrift store, so I would say it’s a less exclusive look.
My style varies, and I can’t narrow it down to just one specific look because I can pull off various ones. I’ve participated in some fashion shows just for fun where I got to explore the modeling aspect of fashion, and I fell in love. Now, going into the summer, transitioning to actually being the photographer will be a challenge but nothing that I am not up for.
We live in a society that has put limits, restrictions, titles and labels on people telling others what they can and cannot be, but its time for all the old ways to be overruled. I am all for being out with the old and in with the new. Fashion is my outlet for my creative mind. I couldn’t have found a better program to explore my strengthens, weaknesses, likes and dislikes.
This journey in becoming a Style Guru will open many doors for me and opportunities with a diverse set of people. I love to network. Talking to people is the easiest thing, but for some reason our generation makes it awkward. I am here to turn that all around and would love for you to experience this marvelous part of my life unfold!
