Ever since my senior year of high school there has been no doubt in my mind that fashion is my highest source of passion and what I want to do with the rest of my life. There is nothing that brings me more joy then crafting outfits and being surrounded by an industry with people just as passionate as I am. At the end of the day, fashion is an art…and we all have the power to be an artist.
So what is your favorite thing about fashion? For me, nothing beats how versatile it can be. There is no rule saying you must subscribe to one kind type of style. Feel like being a hipster today? You can do that. Want to be preppy tomorrow? There’s nothing stopping you. Personally, I do not like to limit myself. I have items that rang from super edgy all the way to glamorous and chic. You never know the vibe you want to go for each day!
I am currently a sophomore at the University of Massachusetts Amherst studying communications and journalism with a possible minor in woman and gender studies.
