Hey guys, I am so excited to start this journey of being a Style Guru for CollegeFashionista. This is my first year as a Style Guru and hopefully not my last. I plan on sharing with you guys my love of style and beauty in hopes to inspire girls from every background.
I think “style” since the beginning of time has always been about feelings and emotions. How we feel in an outfit determines whether or not we decide to wear it. Since I can remember I have never worn an outfit that didn’t speak to how I wanted to feel that day. Growing up in Los Angeles you can get inspiration everywhere from the palm trees to the amazing beach sunsets.  I would like to say that my style reflects that diversity. I like to mix and match looks and keep it fresh and bright. As you can see I took this blue printed dress and paired it with my favorite black and white Adidas. Then to add that pop of color I accessorized with an orange crossbody bag.
I am currently a junior at Cal State Dominguez Hills studying journalism in hopes to one day write for a women’s magazine (InStyle, Cosmopolitan, Glamour etc.) I applied for this internship to help me with my goals in perfecting my writing and to give me experience with working with a brand. I hope you guys enjoy my posts, can’t wait to embark on this new chapter!
