Fall is my favorite season. Fall marks the start of so many wonderful things I love, like football season, campfires, pumpkin spice everything, fashion week and a fresh start with a new semester of school. I am so excited for another rad semester with CollegeFashionista. This will be my second semester interning with the most fashionable crew around.
I am a senior studying apparel merchandising and product development along with marketing at the University of Arkansas, graduating this May. Upon graduation I’m planning on moving back out to New York City. I had two fabulous internships this summer with J. Mendel and Paper Magazine. Luckily, there were so many other Style Guru’s this summer in New York, too, that I got to meet and I had a blast hanging out with. My favorite hang out was a picnic in Washington Square Park with everyone. Even though it started to rain on us towards the end, we still had a great time.
Since I was living in New York City this summer, I wrote my articles on the cool city streetwear I saw. I am excited to write my articles this semester from the University of Arkansas campus on Southern girls’ style. We have our first Razorback football home game in a couple of weeks. Football in the South is huge. Everyone comes out and dresses up for these games. I can’t wait to see what the Fashionistas on my campus decide to wear on game day this year.
Here’s to another rad semester! I’m looking forward to what senior year brings.
