Hi guys and gals! My name is EvanAnn Boose and I am a junior at Kansas State University, studying Public Relations with a minor in Leadership.
Most of the time you can find me around campus, with my journal in hand and casually scrolling through Tumblr. My three favorite loves in life are Netflix, Ben and Jerry’s Americone Dream and my two pet rats, Despereaux and Pierre.
My experience with fashion would extend far back from the age of four. I admittedly told my mother that I would dress myself. The outfits usually consisted of my favorite fleece flowered skirt, purple leggings, light up shoes and my Spice Girls backpack.
Nowadays, I have retired those purple leggings and have navigated to my favorite gold motorcycle jacket. I would describe my style as edgy with both minimal pieces mixed in. For today’s outfit, I picked one of my many favorite skull scarfs, my Stella & Dot spiked bracelet and the new shoe trend of chelsea booties with a wedge heel.
I am excited to be a Style Guru, as one day my dream job is to be a social media manager for a small public relations firm. Honing my social media skills through my role as a Style Guru is one of the many reasons I’m excited for this internship!
Definitely look for my posts in the next couple weeks, as I will be in England for my major. I hope to definitely gain some new style ideas to bring back to the United States.
