To whomever is reading this, hi! My name is Jackie Staiano, and I am a senior at Manhattan College. I am majoring in psychology, but my love for fashion is ALWAYS by my side. I love staying up-to-date on the latest trends on famous models/celebrities and also love to check out and stay up to date on fashion bloggers/Instagram influencers through Instagram. I run a fashion Instagram showing my day to day style, and I want to support and influence others to dare with their style as well. It is very important for me to express my style and love for passion through what I wear and the goals I want to achieve in my future style. Fashion and wearing what I want and love let’s me be creative and show off a bit of my personality. When I am walking down the street, basically, my outfits speak for me!
In this outfit, I am wearing a denim-on-denim look with some added textures. I am wearing very ripped and distressed black jeans, a black and dark yellow cut-off T-shirt, a denim long sleeve button down (or you can also wear a oversize denim jacket), a VERY comfortable soft black cardigan/coat (my actual life saver for the winter. You can also wear a black soft zip-up), and tall black rose-embroidered boots. This look really shows off my edgy and a mixture of casual yet not-so-casual style. Even though I am wearing denim on denim, I added other textures to make the outfit pop more but also compliment each other and not stick to only one texture.
With this being said, I am very curious for this upcoming semester and hope to explore and reach new fashion aesthetics!
