Welcome to my little area on the web! My name is Jennifer and I am a 22-year-old fashion student finally graduating this semester. Like many others here, I love fashion. Clothing has been in my life since I was a little girl visiting my mom in the city at the bridal showroom she worked at. I would watch women become so emotional over a dress, that it made me realize how much I loved clothing and how it could bring out such strong emotions in people. Since then, I decided I wanted a career in the industry.
My style is constantly evolving, I am inspired by the things I watch on television, music and what I see in my everyday life. About three years ago, I became obsessed with the NBA and it has influenced my style completely. I love wearing feminine pieces and adding a pair of sneakers or a hat as accessories. This trend has become popular as of late as it can be seen on models like Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner. I also love minimalist fashion as well. I love to wear jeans with a basic top and I love to layer my look with a jacket or a necklace to spruce up my look. This upcoming fall I will be wearing my favorite Reebok sneakers, ripped jeans, blazers, hats, as well as incorporating my favorite fall color maroon.
Being picked as a Style Guru is an amazing opportunity not only for myself but for others to gain inspiration from. I love looking at pictures of people’s outfits whether it be things I would love to wear or things I would never think to put together.
