My name is Jessica LaPier. I have lived most of my live in Plattsburgh, New York. I just finished my sophomore year at SUNY Oneonta, a school I am very proud to be a part of. Oneonta offers a three in one program. Fashion students have the choice to spend their last year taking classes at FIT. This means I will be spending my senior year in New York City. I am extremely excited and grateful to have this opportunity.
You should know I am a very indecisive person. For example, I switched my major three out of the four semesters I have been in college. But I know now that fashion is where I am supposed to be. I love the fashion courses I take at school. I find I am happiest when I can be creative. It is hard for me to find words to express myself, so I am more comfortable using other forms of expression like fashion, makeup, art, dance and music. Because of my indecisiveness I have no idea what I want to do after college. I admire those who have a plan. However, I am okay with letting life take me where I am supposed to go. It always seems to take me where I need to be. I hope being a part of CollegeFashionista will help me grow and give me more insight into what it is I want.
I am not sure how I would desricebe my style. It can be somewhat inconsistent. Here I am wearing a Brandy Melville t-shirt dress and white high heels. I accessorized this outfit with a gold necklace and gold band rings
I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity with CollegeFashionista. Stay updated with my journey. My articles will be posted every Friday. Hope you Fashionistas and Fashionistos have a rad summer!
