Hello all Fashionistas/os! My name is Jordan, and I am super stoked to be a part of the Style Guru team here at CollegeFashionista! I attend the Fashion Institute of Technology in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, where I am a sophomore  majoring in Fashion Business Management with a Dance minor.
Fashion has helped shape me into the unique individual I am today. My favorite element of this industry is the artistry and individuality that shines through someone’s personal style. While trends are fun to follow, those who add their own flare to each outfit inspire me the most. I would consider my personal style to be very clean with retro and vintage influences. Some of my go-to items are graphic tees, casual button ups, platform shoes, denim ANYTHING. (Denim is timeless and universal. You can add it to almost any outfit and change the look by adding patches and pins) I often accessorize with chokers, neck scarves, baseball caps and flea market finds.
When I’m not shopping you can find me taking class at Broadway Dance Center, exploring the city with friends or drinking a cold brew at a local coffee shop. Brunch is the best, so I’m always trying new cafes around the city. I also love live music and attend concerts and festivals whenever possible.
I am so pumped to start taking photographs around campus and uncover my school’s unique street style and tips for staying rad. Living in Manhattan is a dream, and I can’t wait to share the journey with you all! Much love.
