Hello fellow Fashionistas and Fashionistos! My name is Jordan MacGillivray and I am currently a junior at the University of Kansas. This is not my first semester with CollegeFashionista and I am so excited to return. Be prepared for some risky fashion choices and lots of black and white (as that is all my wardrobe). I am a firm believer that black and white are the ultimate “classy” and “slimming” outfit, so why not have an entire wardrobe of it?! My fashion icons are the infamous Audrey Hepburn, Olivia Palermo and I love the simplistic style of VINCE clothing. I also love taking inspiration from various fashion bloggers, who also seem to have an endless amount of clothing options! You will often see me sporting a dark lip for these winter months and definitely a peachy-nude for the warmer seasons! I love a good excuse to wear heels, even if I completely make that reason up.
With the start of the new 2015 year, I decided to take a plunge and fulfill some of my bucket list items. I plan on starting a blog this month and pursuing my love for fashion writing, starting with CollegeFashionista! My dream is to someday live in New York City in the heart of the Flatiron District. I just love the fashion sense in NYC and also the amazing opportunities it could bring!
