Hello all! My name is Kate Baron and I could not be more excited to be a part of such a driven group of humans that love fashion as much as I do. I grew up in Illinois, but am currently a full-time student at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I am a senior this year and will be graduating in May. As you can imagine, I am extremely excited and nervous at the same time. I will be graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications as well as a minor in journalism, advertising, and media studies. I have a passion for photography. My dream job is to become a Creative Director focusing more on the photography aspect. I would love to become more professional and get my artwork out and known for individuals to purchase. Until then, I will continue to practice portrait and landscape photography while enhancing my blogging skills. My fashion style is more than often the “cute but casual” look. I love being comfy while looking good throughout the day.
I pursue this “cute but casual” look with all the comfy sweaters I get to snuggle in. I have more than I need and I am always buying more. The sweater I am wearing in the pictures above is long sleeve, turtle neck and is a bit shorter in body length, which is great for high-waisted jeans. Most sweaters I purchase are from Forever 21 and H&M.
As for my favorite addition… I have a plethora of rings I like to wear. Rings are an every day outfit finish for me. If I forget to put them on, I feel bare without them. I know you know the feeling. In the winter I find myself letting my nails breath with a clear coat of nail polish. To give my hand a special look, I slip on a couple rings.
There is one more thing I like to accessorize. My purse! I love faux fur ball keychains. They give the perfect fluff and enhancement to any outfit. It’s cute and fashionable, showing off my spunky personality to everyone.
