Hey everyone! My name is Katherine Sauceda and I am a senior at the University of Georgia, majoring in journalism with a minor in studio art. Since I was young, I have always had a passion for writing and fashion. Though my studies are not exactly fashion-oriented, my career goals are. My dream is to one day write for Vogue magazine. I admire the prestige and amazing editorials they have provided over many, many years and years to come.
On my downtime, you will most likely find me at the mall window shopping at Prada. A girl can dream, right? You can easily pick me out from the crowd with what my friends call the “iconic bun.” I think I would have to agree because I do make a mean messy bun! Besides perfecting hairstyles and shopping, I enjoy drawing and photography, even if most of the time it’s for my eyes only. It is like a stress reliever for me.
When it comes to my style, I don’t really have a go-to look that I always do. I love following the trends and I take certain bits from them and put my own twist on them. One day, I can look like I’m on my way to New York Fashion Week, and the next I’m channeling my inner Kardashian wearing an oversized sweater, leggings, and insane sneakers. I could probably say that I can be all over the place.
For this article, I wanted to pull one of my favorite looks! I am so happy for the warmer weather lately because I absolutely love jumpsuits! They are so comfy yet chic all at the same time. What I love so much about it also being jean-like is that I match it with different accessories, leaving me with a new look every time I wear it. I can wear my silver sunglasses just like I pull out my oversized black sunglasses. I also dressed it up with platform heels, which are super easy to walk in and totally recommend everyone have at least one pair, but cute sandals can also be an option!
As for jewelry, I tend to wear the paper airplane necklace my mother gave me on my 19th birthday and my set of rings. These pieces are simply special to me and are a part of my everyday style.
