I’m Lauren, a senior at the University of Kentucky studying merchandising, apparel, and textiles as well as minoring in business. When it comes to fashion I love the edgy and ruthless that some may consider too risky. I live for the fact that fashion really gives one of the best ways to express you and your brand. I love that fashion varies and is so different between each and every individual. It really fascinates me which lead to why I chose to pursue and work towards a career in the industry. When it comes to my personal closet,my favorite color is black. Black is a color I find that looks good on everything and is really signature in my style.
For this Saturday lunch look, I threw on one of my favorite destroyed artist T-shirts from Urban outfitters, with a pair of Rag&Bone denim jeans, with an ankle zippers. In addition to the pair, I added my go to black bomber from Nasty Gal and my favorite pair of oversize Prada sunnies from Sunglasses Hut. I am definitely a shoe girl, and believe the detail of shoes really can make your outfit, so for this look I chose to rock a pair of Simmi Shoe open-toed heels with a buckle detail.
