Hello Fashionista/os! My name is LevonuBari Nenbee and I am a freshman at New York University studying at the Stern School of Business as a Global Business and Marketing major. I am Nigerian and currently live in Snellville, Georgia. I’ve always loved fashion from a young age. My dream was to become a fashion designer, but eventually I found out it wasn’t for me. Even so, I still love fashion and all it brings to the world. It has honestly changed my life and my wallet (sadly).
I grew up watching America’s Next Top Model and Project Runway and have learned a lot about the fashion world (as well as the modeling one) and am excited to be in a city where Fashion Week is held and to walk through a city with such diverse people and fashion.
Some fashion pieces that I really love are rings because I feel like they are an easy accessory to rock and really show someone’s style. They can be flashy, simple and bold (all at the same time), just like me! A big part of my personal style is my hair. I shaved my head my freshman year of high school and this November, I will have been natural for four years. My final key fashion pieces are skirts and dresses. They are easy to wear and style because you can toss them on with some accessories and you’re ready to go.
