When you want a little fashion inspiration for the most effortless-chic ensembles, look no further than the streets of Copenhagen. They are filled with locals rocking comfortable outfits that make a simple statement. Â My style completely resonates with that.
This summer, I found this amazing tie-dye kaftan at a small boutique in my hometown. My favorite thing about it is the pop of neon orange; it shows up in the beads down the front and in the tassels all around. Â With a dress this busy, I primarily wore necklaces as my jewelry. I have always been obsessed with layering delicate necklaces for an understated look, which is also popular in Copenhagen. My heels dress the whole thing up and make it versatile for any occasion. As the air gets crisper and the leaves start to change, I would wear this kaftan with some tights and brown booties.
I am so excited to be interning with CollegeFashionista for fall 2015! Â I am a self-taught photographer, design and fashion lover. I started taking photographs in seventh grade. From then on, I have always loved finding and creating new outfit trends that showed up in my school. Blogging really is such an important part of fashion because it keeps you in touch with what others are wearing, and also helps you discover your own personal style to display to the world. It is also inspiring to see what other Style Gurus are wearing if you need a new way to wear an article of clothing, or if you just want to look at some gorgeous pictures!
Here’s to a #RAD semester!
