And we meet once again! Hi everyone, my name is Marina Simardi; I am currently studying journalism and global business at Suffolk University, and I’m graduating in May. I truly can’t believe how fast time went by. It seems like it was yesterday that I was leaving my home in São Paulo, Brazil and moving alone to Boston.
Starting my last semester at CollegeFashionista makes me nostalgic, given that this internship has played a huge part in my college life and has helped me understand what I want to do with my life. CollegeFashionista allowed me to put the two things I love the most together: fashion and writing, and it also taught me a lot about responsibility! I’m really sad it’s time to say goodbye. Even though I won’t be able to come back as a Style Guru, CollegeFashionista will always be my go-to page to see the latest trends and get inspiration!
But now, let’s leave the sob moment behind. I’m really excited to be able to share fashion through my lenses once again! I’m really happy to be home for the holidays, so I decided I was going to put on my Christmas outfit to share with you guys. I’m usually a person that always goes for black (checkout my past bios if you don’t believe me); however, I wanted to do something different this year. I’ve been after a loose romper like this one for a really long time and when I found this one, it was love at first sight. I love that it’s red, it looks like a dress AND it has pockets. Plus, you can dress it up or down! I decided that I would dress it up for the occasion. So, I paired it up with gladiator sandals and a classic chain bag! This outfit is a really good choice for the holidays and a night out with your friends.
