Hello, gorgeous people! My name is Megan Schilling and I am currently a sophomore at Kent State University. I am majoring in fashion merchandising with a minor in marketing. My whole life I have had an obsession for fashion, (along with cats) although until I started my journey at Kent State University, it was always just a hobby of mine. Now, it is becoming a lifestyle.
While continuing my journey through Kent State University, I would like to experience every side of fashion that is possible. As of currently, I model with Pro Model and Talent Management, I am a sales associate for adidas and I contribute to almost all fashion organizations on campus. Despite the fact I have experienced all those amazing opportunities, blogging has always been a dream of mine, and I am ecstatic to start my journey with CollegeFashionista this fall semester.
My style tends to vary day by day or even hour by hour. I go for more of the simpler trending items, so I have more wiggle room with expressing myself. In this outfit, I paired an amazingly comfortable yet stylish blue and white striped romper with a slight gold accent necklace and my favorite taupe colored heels.
My goal in fashion is not to just portray the latest trends but to help people find who they are within clothes, and make every person feel that they can express themselves in anyway they want. I want to show people that stereotypes do not matter, people can wear a fancy dress and heels one day and ripped jeans and Converse the next. You are who you are and everyone is beautiful in their own skin and fashion.
