Hello, fellow Fashionistas and Fashionistos. My name is Morgan, and I am a sophomore at Western Kentucky University. I am a communications major with a minor in journalism. I have loved fashion since I was a little kid! According to my mom, I would try on all the clothes I got for Christmas as soon as I opened them, so I guess you could say I have been a Fashionista since I left the womb. My dream job would be to work for E! News or Seventeen Magazine. Somewhere I can talk about fashion and celebrity style all day, everyday. I am so excited to start my journey here at CollegeFashionista!
For me, fashion is about breaking rules. I don’t like to define my style because it changes all the time. One day I dress edgy, and the next I dress like a 2000s pop princess.I love finding new trends and trying them out. Sometimes they are a little out there, but experimenting with different looks is what I love about fashion. I truly believe that fashion is art and that people express themselves by what they wear.
My favorite thing to do is get online and get outfit inspiration. This outfit has layers, which is good for walking around campus going from class to class. I am obsessed with the bleached trend. In this look I am wearing a DIY bleached T-shirt underneath that I have a sheer leopard print blouse. I then added some black skinny jeans and black booties to the outfit. To finish the look I have a DIY diamond choker. Chokers are by far my favorite trend ever!
