I’m like hey, what’s up, hello! I’m back for round three and nothing has changed since last semester. I’m still at the University of South Carolina and love majoring in fashion merchandising. We’ve got a short five months together and I’m excited to share with my fellow Fashionistas all the trends at the University of South Carolina.
CollegeFashionista has taught me and shown me so much these past two semesters. I’ve evolved as a Fashionista and I love having this opportunity to be creative. I appreciate peoples’ style so much and individuality is key when attending a university with 30,000+ students.
This spring is going to be fashion filled and I love it. Fashion Board at USC has its annual USC Fashion Week. Each night of the week, USC has a different show. The two main events are the Student Designer Showcase and the finale. The Student Designer Showcase allows student designers to showcase their work using fellow classmates as models and the finale is local retailers showing their best items in their summer collection. I’m also excited for Charleston Fashion Week and of course, New York Fashion Week! Who isn’t? I’m ending this RAD semester with a trip to Europe, every Fashionista’s dream. The countdown has definitely begun.
My style in my bio is what I like to call ‘relaxed edgy.’ It has edgy pieces but it also has a comfortable, relaxed feeling. The burnt orange tunic brings about the comfortable feeling. The booties paired with the army green jacket and those retro sunglasses tie in the edgy feel. The beanie is my favorite piece because it has a comfortable and an edgy vibe. I made sure to accessorize with stacked bracelets, rings and a layered necklace. I love creating outfits to fit my mood and style.
