Ever since I can remember, I would sit in recess by myself and catch up on the latest Teen Vogue issue or carry around a wrist full of Betsey Johnson bracelets. When asked what I wanted to do when I grew up I never thought twice and always responded “fashion!” My love for the industry first began when I watched 13 Going On 30, for the first time. I am currently a public relations major and a french minor with huge aspirations to work in the fashion industry and incorporate philanthropic work into my career.
Living in Miami, I am constantly exposed to culturally diverse styles and trends. I have a love for foreign languages, cultures and customs. One of my passions, traveling, has allowed me the opportunity to admire different designers for their culturally diverse and eclectic designs, such as Oscar de la Renta and Balmain. The more color and the more abstract, the more I’m intrigued.
I love all things involving fashion, from the madness of the industry, to the magazines to the excitement induced once fashion week rolls around. I best relate my style between a cross of Zooey Deschanel and Kourtney Kardashian. Although I love high fashion pieces and looks, I always incorporate some vintage pieces into my wardrobe. I am a major sunglasses enthusiast and have an undying love for blazers unlike any other. I’m a pro at shopping for the latest looks on a budget, brunching with my gals, binge watching New Girl and obsessing over dogs.
