Hi Fashionistas/os! My name is Nicole, and I’m back with CollegeFashionista for another rad semester! This year I am a senior at Temple University, graduating this spring with a degree in public relations.
My style in one word: eclectic. I am always trying new things, even if it means straying out of my comfort zone. But, I do have some staples. Red lipstick will always be my go-to whenever I want to feel pretty, and black is always a must. Lately I’ve been obsessed with pattern mixing and custom stitch denim and leather jackets. Â
My style is simple but always interesting. My style inspirations stem from my love for modern Parisian style and my fascination with ’60s fashion trends. Some of my favorite brands include Rebecca Minkoff, Maje, Sandro and Alice + Olivia.Â
Mornings are my absolute favorite. Mostly because of coffee, but also because I love getting up early. This summer I finally tried hot yoga and have been doing it ever since. Mornings are reserved for coffee, yoga, and reading good books.Â
This summer I also discovered my love for traveling. I had the opportunity to visit a friend on the West Coast. I had never been on a plane before and ended up traveling across the country by myself. I was in Los Angeles for almost a week. I like being independent and doing things by myself even if it means stepping out of my comfort zone. I love that feeling after you accomplish something you once deemed impossible.Â
