Hello Fashionistas/os! My name is Olivia and I am proud to say that this is my first semester as a Style Guru for CollegeFashionista. I am currently a senior at Framingham State University, a small college in Massachusetts. My major is fashion merchandising and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I am absolutely in love with being a merchandising major. I have been reading articles from CollegeFashionista for about two years and I’m happy to represent such a wonderful publication.
I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be involved in the fashion industry. In my fourth grade yearbook, I actually wrote that I wanted to be a fashion designer when I grow up. Now, I’m in that awkward stage in between kind of still being kid and kind of being a grown up, but aren’t we all at the moment. I would say that I have very transitional style, because somedays I look like I came straight out of a Ralph Lauren photoshoot, then other days I look like I got lost in the aftermath of a Christmas sale at Urban Outfitters. Ninety percent of my outfits are chose due to comfort which is a top priority. Since, nothing is better than looking like a queen and feeling like one too.
In my look, I am wearing one of my most favorite pieces of clothing from Free People, my laced tunic. My boots are very comfortable and can be found in almost every department store around. The sunglasses are my signature accessory. They are Ray-Ban folding wayfarers. Honestly, these sunglasses look good on anyone. Although they are a bit pricey, it’s totally worth the money because they’ve lasted me three years.
I can’t wait to keep blogging for the rest of the spring semester! For more information please feel free to follow my social media accounts.
