I’m just a Cali girl biting into the Big Apple.
Just as Walt Disney said, “If you can dream it, you can do it.” As a high school graduate I already had big dreams for myself and that included fashion. So I packed my bags and moved 3,000 miles away from home to the fashion capital, New York City.
Why such a love for fashion? It is my form of art. While others could paint and draw (and I failed miserably at), I just naturally had the talent to put an outfit together and even learned how to sew. I always say I didn’t find myself until I found fashion. In the most beautiful way fashion is a way for everyone to embrace who they are and tell a story without saying a word.
As I study my way to becoming a fashion PR, I pass the time by blogging, reading sappy romance novels and trying to make the world better every step of the way. As much as I love fashion, I love giving back to the planet and the people in it.
As I dream about one day wearing Gucci and attending fashion week in Chanel, I share my affordable, yet stylish finds with you! My favorite places to shop are indeed the thrift store and I am all about a good sale. So, I cannot wait to connect with some really great people and share all of our tips and tricks on surviving these broke college years in style!
