Hey style gurus! My name is Rabia. I am currently a junior at a local college here in Northern Virginia. I have lived in the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. area my whole life. I am a suburban girl with a city-girl heart. I am majoring in nursing, but my part-time hobby is being a fashion blogger. I have wanted to go into the fashion industry ever since I was in middle school. I was too afraid to start my blog at that age, but I finally had the courage to do so a few years ago—and I do not regret my decision one bit.
My blog consists of modest fashion for modest Fashionistas. As a Muslim girl who does not wear a hijab, I wanted to show girls how they could still be modest, yet trendy at the same time. My blog consists of outfits that can be worn in many different ways and can be easily transferred into any person’s wardrobe.
To end, I want to show you all one of my favorite outfits that I like to wear that is dressy, yet still modest. I love this short dress from Free People because of all the beautiful embroidery on it. But, since it is pretty short, I decided to pair it with some white jeans to make it look like more of a tunic. To finish off the outfit, I decided to pair it with my favorite peep toe sandals from Steve Madden. They have a chunky heel, so they are perfect for those of us who love wearing heels, but hate the way they feel. Hope you all have a #rad semester this fall season!
