I am a returning Style Guru who failed at her first semester as a Style Guru, but I am coming back to redeem myself. I’m a beach lover from Miami, Florida, going to school in The Swamp at the University of Florida. I am studying public relations and event management. Go Gators!
Walking through the J-School (that is what we call the College of Journalism and Communications), style is alive. Students, professors, and even faculty show off their style pretty well.
Style is something that drives me every day to get out of bed. It could be dressing up in ankle boots, soft jeans, and a cute top or switching it up with sweats, a hoodie, and sneakers.
This look was definitely an accident. My outfit mainly consists of a dress that gives me a bit of sassy Spanish vibes. I paired the dress with velvet shoes, which were a random purchase a few years back, but who knew velvet would be so in right now? You always have to stay fashion forward. I wore very minimal to no makeup and did a bright pink lip color.
I am so excited for another chance at being a Style Guru and to show off some amazing style. Where my future is in fashion? I do not know, but I do know this is the beginning. Join me on the run this spring semester as a Style Guru.
