STYLE GURU BIO: Reanna Pergolizzi

Hey CollegeFashionista readers!

My name is Reanna Pergolizzi. I am 21 years old and will be entering my senior year at the Fashion Institute of Technology this fall. I have been interning for CollegeFashionista since last spring, and I am looking forward to continuing for my last year of college! Fall fashion is my absolute favorite, so I am ecstatic to experience what street styles NYC will bring me this season.

I am a fashion business major at FIT. I am interested in writing, photographing and styling. I living in the middle of Manhattan, which gives me the opportunity to be inspired daily by so many walks of life. I enjoy walking through my campus and the city streets because I get to see such a variety of fashion that inspires me daily. I had an adventurous summer traveling to many places where I was able to experience new things and begin to anticipate life after college! *sad face*

Unlike summer, where I dress mainly for looks, in the fall I like to dress light and simple. Black leggings are my staple, I always miss them so much in the warm seasons. Neutral colors are my go to in the colder months. This fall/winter I am loving nude and navy.

The outfit in these photos is a transition outfit from the summer to the fall. In September, it is not cold enough for certain pieces but also not warm enough for certain pieces which makes layering important. In the outfit shown, I layered dark denim shorts with tights that I would normally wear in the fall. I put a tight basic tee shirt under a tank top just to add some extra warmth and comfort! I love these Steve Madden black loafers and funky American Apparel tights because they can dress up any outfit.

Thank you to everyone who has been following me on my journey as a Style Guru, I look forward to showing you all some RAD New York City summer street styles.
