Hey there! My name is Rena Ally, I’m 18 years old and a full time student at St. John’s University. Growing up in New York, I have been exposed to so much diversity and culture throughout my life. I am multiracial as well (Guyanese, African-American, Italian and Irish). So diversity to me is more than just my neighborhood; it’s my genetic makeup. I see the glass half full, enjoy traveling and love animals more than people usually.
My strengths are from my eagerness and open-minded attitude, but I still struggle with typical young adult stress and procrastination. All of these qualities that I express can be told through my style. I am very broad-minded and it definitely shows. One moment I can be sporting a preppy sweater and the next, rocking a grunge choker and ripped jeans. I have a shopping addiction and a new founded makeup obsession as well. So feel free to suggest any of your favorite beauty gurus to follow.
My interest in fashion and beauty stem from my creative side with drawing and painting. My favorite color is blue and my closet definitely shows it. I have two dogs, two cats and a boyfriend that I love very much. I’m an only child but will be expecting a baby brother this October, which I am over the moon about. I love watching movies and learning about the TV/film industry, which I do in my academic studies. Hopefully, one day, I will be working for a big company like NBC on the set of The Tonight Show.
