Hello fellow Fashionistas and Fashionistos! My name is Sam Dickey and I am returning for my second semester as a Style Guru and I am just so excited to be here again. Let me fill you in on a little about myself. I will be a sophomore at Kent State University this coming fall with a major in fashion merchandising and I am currently spending this summer back home in PA working as the lead Stylist and Denim Expert for my local American Eagle Outfitters.
For this post I was trying to pick an outfit that best describes me and my style. I am a Free People lover (I mean who isn’t?) so my style tends to be different and a little mixed at times. Although, my new favorite place to shop currently is ASOS. I came across their website several times before finally taking the time to look at what they have and boy do they have everything I could want and more. Not to mention, the prices are fairly reasonable so for any college Fashionista/o on a budget, I highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already.
Anyway back to my style and what I am currently wearing this this post. I picked this outfit because I thought it would represent my style the best.
I am absolutely in love with this jumpsuit from Free People. I found it last year on the ‘Last Chance’ rack and fell in love with it instantly. My sunglasses are also Free People and I am obsessed with them. I threw my denim jacket over top to add some layers. My jewelry is the jewelry that I wear everyday. My two favorite pieces that are shown are my kate spade glasses ring and my ‘Eat Cake for Breakfast’ watch. Then I finished off the look with a simple two-tone sandal.
