Hello fellow Fashionistas and Fashionistos! My name is Sam Dickey and I am returning to CollegeFashionista for my third semester. I am currently a sophomore studying fashion merchandising at Kent State University and I love it. So let’s talk about fashion and my style.
My style tends to be different than most which I think is a great way to express oneself. I love trying new trendy pieces and mixing patterns with different styles to create a unique look. So when you take a peek into my closet you will find a range of colors and patterns and styles. I love me some Free People, Urban Outfitters, Madewell, ASOS, and Zara. As you can see from that list those brands have different styles from one another and I love mixing their pieces with each other to create my everyday look. The drop hem trend on denim is one of my favorites right now. I snagged these jeans from Abercrombie & Fitch for just $39, and I love them so much. I paired them with a black and white checker tank with a fringed hem from Zara. I accessorized my outfit with my go to Alex and Ani bracelets, my kate spade watch and glasses ring. I also threw on my lace-up flats by Steve Madden. I finished it off with a little black backpack from Nordstrom BP that is the perfect grab-and-go bag for college life. This outfit is definitely an outfit for class or running errands, but at the same time a very trend forward look.
