Hey Fashionista/os! My name is Samantha Steinberg and I am from Southern California – home of celebrities and sunshine. I am currently a sophomore at Syracuse University studying Art History and Management Studies.
My love for fashion started the moment I was born. Ever since I could remember, I was experimenting with new and upcoming trends and pushing the fashion envelope. This summer I interned at Wetherly Fashion Group, a fashion public relations firm. During my internship I met the stylists who are the masterminds behind the latest fashion trends. Through this experience I saw how a simple crop top worn by T. Swift can evolve into the latest it item.
My personal style is boho meets edgy. I like mixing light floaty fabrics with chunky Dr. Martens. If I am not wearing black then something is definitely wrong. My current obsession is the mini skirt. Photographed, I am wearing my new favorite striped leather mini skirt. I paired it with a button down that has a fun open back. Because of the open back, it is best paired with a strappy bra. I especially love this look because it can go from a casual daytime look to a nighttime look simply be putting on a black leather jacket and a pair of chunky heels. Also, all of the item I am wearing can be mixed with other pieces to create a completely different look. This skirt can be paired with a crop top and you are ready for any concert.
