Hey Fashionistas and Fashionistos! My name is Sara Kelliher and I’m brand new Style Guru!
Since I can remember, I have always gravitated towards fashion. When I was younger I would constantly play dress-up, even going as far as dressing up my older brother in my princess themed costumes. As I grew up, I learned that fashion was just a part of who I am. It is how I express myself and how my confidence grows. When considering college, I just knew fashion was what I wanted my career to be. Now, I am in my sophomore year of college at Baylor University in Waco, Texas majoring in apparel merchandise with a minor in entrepreneurship!
I would consider my style to be a mix of boho-chic and neutral. I’m not the type of person to wear much color in my outfit. Black is definitely my go-to color. As shown in my pictures above, my style consists of mainly solid colors but I do enjoy a pop of color or pattern that has that boho feel to it with a little bit of chic thrown in, I mean a little chic here and there can never hurt. In this look I paired a black crop top with a cute floral A-line skirt along with some adidas Superstars and a black choker. I feel this outfit represents my true self. The boho feel of the floral A-line skirt, the chic adidas Superstars that I am absolutely obsessed with, a splash of black with my crop top and a nice black choker, because lets be real, nowadays everyone loves a nice choker as a perfect touch to make an outfit that much better. All of these stylish touches bring together my personality perfectly.
I am excited to see where this internship leads me and to see all the style inspiration from my fellow Fashionistas/os!
