Hi, my name is Sarah Crawley. I’m a sophomore studying public relations at Kennesaw State University. I hope to one day work for a company such as WhoWhatWear in the public relations department. I’ve been obsessed with fashion since the day before first grade when my mom let me pick out my own clothes. My style icons include Olivia Palermo and Rosie Huntington Whitely—I live for everyday chic style. A blouse and jeans with some booties, or on more fancy occasions, heels, is always be my go-to.
Here, I’m wearing a striped lace-up blouse that is comfy and chic. I love clothing that hangs just right and isn’t too tight. This blouse hits just low enough where you could wear it with leggings but also just high enough where it’s cute tucked in. Being 5’2, on a good day when I stretch, finding shirts that aren’t actually dresses on me is a challenge, so when I find one it becomes a staple such as this one. The black jeans are the perfect high waisted denim. They fit seamlessly and are another go-to of mine. Since they are black they match everything in my wardrobe, which is key when rushing out the door due to snoozing the alarm one too many times.
Finally, the shoes. Shoes make or break an outfit in my opinion and this year suede has been huge. These maroon suede booties are the perfect accessory to spice up an all black outfit. They add the perfect pop of color and texture while keeping the outfit in the moody fall color palette that we all adore.
