Hello my fellow fashion lovers!
My name is Sarah Regan. I am a senior student attending the University of Guelph with a major in English. I have always had a strong interest for writing and ever since I can remember, it has been a dream of mine to work for either a newspaper or magazine. The most enjoyable thing about writing is that it ultimately enables me to discover things about myself, as well as gives me the chance to make my thoughts my own. It is more than simply the ability to put words on a page–it reveals dedication and passion.
Writing allows me to tap into my creative side, but so does… fashion! Fashion, to me, is so important in that it gives an individual the ability to transform and express a part of themselves and their personalities. The beauty of it is that there are NO rules–it is all about personal and individual style! One of the most common questions that is asked within the fashion world is “How would you describe your style?” I believe that it is difficult to find the correct answer to this question because, to me, style is not something you can easily define in three words. Style doesn’t define you, but it does indeed reflect your personality, interests and so much more. If I had to choose, however, I would say that my style is cool, classic and feminine.
I truly look forward to you all reading my upcoming articles… As for right now, you can find me sitting in a café, drinking my favourite latte and wearing a turtleneck and floppy hat, of course!
