My name is Stephanie Fricker and I am a senior at Texas Christian University located in Fort Worth, Texas. I have moved all over the United States throughout my life; we’re talking nine different schools, twelve different homes and four different states. However, my particular style is inspired mainly from my years in Southern California.
Fashion has always been a love of mine. The way you can instantly change your mood or feel a different way about yourself or others through clothing has always been so fascinating to me. Who doesn’t love feeling good about themselves or showing off who they are through a piece of clothing or even an entire look? I am constantly falling in love with pieces I see my friends wearing every day or even spotting unique styles on people I come across. I love to be inspired and nothing inspires me more than some dainty, feminine jewelry or even beautiful braids and hairstyles that add that extra wow factor to any outfit.
In regards to my style, I love simple with a splash of something extra. My everyday outfit is a white top, black or dark jeans and a cute pair of booties. I’m all about the basics, and dressing them up to fit your mood. Some of my favorite stores to stock my wardrobe with are Urban Outfitters, Brandy Melville, Free People and Nordstrom. Over the years, I have really honed in on my passion for accessories and how influential they can be to any outfit. From a bright red H&M handbag, to my beloved Versace sunglasses, I have found that accessories really are the perfect final touch.
I am so excited to represent my school this semester and discover the many different styles around TCU!
