When thinking of ways to describe myself I tend to have a little trouble. I find it pretty difficult to describe a person by just words; I feel like people can be described in things like their music taste and what they where. That’s one of the reasons I like fashion so much.
When you look at someone’s style, you get an insight on how their personality is. Like me for example—I’m just a small town girl from New Orleans, Louisiana trying to get through life one day at a time in the most comfortable and cute outfit as possible. Being from New Orleans has definitely been a huge impact on my style. I mean come on, we have Mardi Gras, yearly music festivals and even crazy city events like The Red Dress run. When you have all these cool events happening all around you, every year you always want to look your best, or at least look appropriate for wherever you are going.
This look is something I would where on a night out to the French Quarter. It’s simple and cute and perfect for walking around. The jeans I’m wearing come from my mom’s closet (where an abundance of cute clothes that fit me perfectly live), I got my shirt from target and it is super loose, which is great if its a little warm outside. Finally, my heels are from ALDO and are beyond comfortable. I feel like something as simple as this can be any New Orleans girls go-to outfit for a night out. Especially when we all “Laissez les bons temps rouler” (let the good times roll).
