Taylor Valentino here, your one and only source into the fashionable lives of SUNY Brockport’s elite. Did you miss me my fellow Fashionista/os? Well I’m back for a second season with CollegeFashionista and I can already tell that this is going to be one of the most #RAD semesters yet!
I’m currently a junior at SUNY Brockport in New York and working towards a degree in marketing and hopefully someday will use my degree in the fashion industry. I have always been enamored with fashion and never considered fashion as clothing, but as art. My style can be preppy, but I’m definitely not afraid to try something new and trendy! I really love the concept of having multiple “style personalities” and being able to pull off any outfit. Well, almost any outfit at least.
In college, I have found myself change tremendously within the past two years. Not only have I matured as a person, but I finally have a sense of direction in which I want to go in and I have never been so excited in my life. I can honestly thank fashion and CollegeFashionista for advising me through my awkward phase(s) and giving me a sense of direction in which I feel most comfortable and confident in.
In my outfit, I went more casual for one of my first weeks with a fun printed tunic and super comfy patchwork skinny jeans. Of course I can never leave my dorm without my black leather jacket. All three of these pieces of my growing collection are great for campus due to the fact that they are versatile and comfortable. They are a college students dream come true!
I am ecstatic for this upcoming semester and I look forward to sharing the latest trends here on my campus as the semester progresses!
